All American Dry Rub
Smoky and sweet, you’ll notice this on the back of your tongue! Sprinkle it on your formed burger patties before cooking or use it as an all-purpose rub on beef, pork, or wild game.
For a rub, use 1 tablespoon per pound of meat. Coat the meat and then use your hands to work the spice rub into the meat, place it in a resealable bag, and refrigerate for 8-12 hours.
Ingredients: Salt, ancho, pasilla, onion, paprika, garlic, cumin, brown sugar, cayenne, lemon, and mustard.
